Houdini

Houdini was rescued when he was only one-day-old.  Houdini was taken from his mother and was scheduled to be sent to a veal farm. Luckily, Houdini was able to escape this horrifying fate and moved into Indraloka just in time. Today, Houdini loves introducing himself to new humans who might be intimidated by his size before understanding his calm, easy-going, friendly demeanor. Though he is one of our largest animal residents, Houdini loves bounding up the hill to our upper pasture and playing with the other cows. He has especially taken a liking to Rupert and acts like a big brother toward him. Houdini loves treats - big, juicy carrots are his favorite! He’ll follow you around for one more carrot or apple.
